RETURNS & EXCHANGE

 

In the event that you choose to return or exchange a purchase, we have enclosed a shipping label to affix to the merchandise’s packing materials for your convenience. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 10 business days from the date delivered and include the original invoice. Please note that Washington Roberts must receive any returned item in its original new condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way may not be returned. All fur items; fine jewelry, sunglasses, swimsuits, and sale merchandise are final sale and may not be returned.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Washington Roberts will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified. Any requested exchange item(s), if available, will be sent to you via UPS at no additional cost. Any new orders are subject to Washington Roberts having available merchandise on-hand. Please allow 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Changes/Cancellations

 If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to us through customerservice@WashingtonRoberts.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Domestic within the Unites States of America. Affix the provided return address label on the box your purchase was shipped in. Enclosed the items you are returning with all original packaging and tags affixed provided by washingtonroberts.com. Drop your return off at your local UPS store or authorized retailer. International Returns

We aim to make shopping online from a distance a seamless experience. Please follow instructions above. International customer may make arrangements with their local postal carrier for returns.

RETURN NOTIFICATIONS

Once we receive your return, you wilL be notified via email of the receipt of your returned merchandise. (Please note this is the email address provided on your original order.)

Your return will be processed within 2 days of receipt. Your return will be credited to the original form of payment used for purchase excluding original shipping costs.
